Tom McGimpsey is an experienced M&A and corporate strategy advisor with a proven track record guiding public and private companies through complex mergers, acquisitions and sales. Having served as EVP of Corporate Development, he brings deep M&A expertise and strategy to every engagement, having closed on more than $1.5 billion in deal value since 2014.
Tom specializes in disciplined deal execution, strategic pipeline management, and navigating the complexities that keep transactions on track. His experience spans buy-side and sell-side leadership, deal structuring, financing support, and post-acquisition integration. He currently serves as a Private Company Board Member and Advisor to Public Companies, bringing a practical, results-focused perspective to M&A strategy and corporate growth.
